Reflective Mediation

Reflective Mediation.png

Reflective mediation is an entirely different modality to conventional forms of mediation.

When we are in situations of conflict, we tend to seek external change. We want someone else to see our point of view. This is like trying to comb the mirror to fix your messy hair.

Conflicts always begin internally and are then reflected in the world around us.

This is the key. From here, a conflict is resolved via the opportunity to evolve and sustain personal changes sought.

This method is equally effective between groups as it is with individuals.

Virginia's methods are evolutionary. We need more of this approach in the way we work.
